1. Who we are

TactiQ Pro is a grassroots football coaching application provided by RMEJ Holdings Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. What this policy covers

This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights when you use the TactiQ Pro mobile application and related services (the “Service”).


3. Data we collect

We may collect the following categories of data:

Account and contact information

  • Email address (used to create and access your account)

User-generated content and team data

  • Team name, kit colours, club/team logo (if uploaded)

  • Player names, shirt numbers, positions, match participation

  • Match and training information you enter (e.g., drills, session plans, match events, goals, assists, POTM selections)

  • Post-match notes/feedback you enter (e.g., “3 things that went well”, “1 improvement area”)

Subscription information

  • Subscription status (e.g., whether you have Pro/Club access).
    We do not collect or store your payment card details—payments are processed by Apple App Store / Google Play.

Technical and usage data (limited)

  • Basic device/app information needed to operate the Service, troubleshoot issues, and ensure stability (e.g., app version).
    If we use analytics or crash reporting tools, we will update this policy accordingly.


4. How we use your data

We use your data to:

  • Provide and operate the Service (create teams, run sessions, log matches, show stats)

  • Generate match reports and insights (including AI-generated outputs where enabled)

  • Maintain security, prevent abuse, and support account access

  • Provide customer support and respond to requests

  • Administer subscriptions and access control for Base/Pro/Club tiers

  • Improve and debug the Service (for example, to fix errors and improve performance)


5. AI features and match report generation

When you use AI-powered features (such as match report generation), the Service may process information you enter (e.g., match notes and events) to produce outputs. We aim to minimise the data shared and use it only to deliver the feature. AI outputs may be generated based on your inputs and may not always be accurate—please review before sharing.


6. Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share data:

  • With service providers that help us operate the Service (e.g., hosting, databases, analytics/crash reporting, AI processing where applicable). These providers process data on our instructions.

  • With Apple/Google to manage subscriptions and purchases (we receive only subscription status/entitlement signals, not card data).

  • When you choose to share (e.g., exporting a match report to WhatsApp). If you share content externally, it is governed by the third party’s own policies.

  • If required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.


7. Data storage and retention

We keep your data only as long as needed to provide the Service or comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated data (see “Your rights”).


8. Your rights

Depending on your location (including the UK/EU), you may have rights to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you

  • Correct inaccurate data

  • Request deletion

  • Object to or restrict processing

  • Request a copy of your data (data portability)

9. Children’s privacy

TactiQ Pro is intended for coaches and responsible adults. The Service may contain player information entered by coaches, but we do not knowingly allow children to create accounts without appropriate consent. If you believe a child has provided personal data directly, contact us.


10. International transfers

If we transfer data outside the UK/EU, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) where required.


11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No system is 100% secure; please keep your login details confidential.


12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in-app.
