TactiQ Pro Terms of Use Policy

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms govern your use of the TactiQ Pro app and services (“Service”) provided by RMEJ Holdings Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.


2. Who the Service is for

TactiQ Pro is intended for football coaches and responsible adults. You are responsible for ensuring any information you enter (including player data) is shared appropriately and lawfully.


3. Accounts

You may need an account to use certain features. You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.


4. Subscriptions and payments

TactiQ Pro may offer paid subscriptions (e.g., Pro, Club). Purchases on iOS are processed by Apple, and on Android by Google.

  • Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID / Google Play account settings.

  • We do not provide refunds for purchases made through Apple/Google except as required by their policies and applicable law.


5. Your content

You may upload or enter content such as team details, player information, match events, notes, and training plans (“User Content”).

  • You retain ownership of your User Content.

  • You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service.

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights/permissions to use and share any User Content you provide.


6. AI-generated outputs

Some features generate AI-powered outputs (e.g., match reports).

  • AI outputs are generated from your inputs and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

  • You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or sharing them.

  • The Service provides decision support and workflow tools; it does not guarantee match results, player outcomes, or performance improvements.


7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights

  • Upload content that is defamatory, abusive, or violates privacy

  • Attempt to access or disrupt the Service, systems, or other users’ data

  • Reverse engineer or misuse the app or proprietary analytics models


8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, software, and analytics models, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it except as permitted by law.


9. Availability and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, including features and tiers. We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.


10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.


11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim (or £0 if you have not paid).


12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.


13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
